NYSC Announces Change in Social Media Links – The management of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) has warned members of the public to disregard any information that emanates from some of its previous social media handles.

The corps said internet hackers forced it to take the decisions in order to protect the good image of the organization.

The disclosure is contained in a statement signed by the management of the NYSC.

“This is to inform the general public that our Twitter and Instagram accounts, (@nysc_ng) have been stepped down forthwith.”

“This is in view of the activities of unscrupulous Internet hackers that want to tarnish the good image the National Youth Service Corps has built since its inception in 1973, by using the cyberspace.”

“As a responsible, humane and youth mobilizing establishment, we are undauntedly poised to pursue our statutory mandate as enshrined in the NYSC Act at all times.”

“In order to engage and adequately inform our Social Media Audience across the globe with the current events in the NYSC Scheme without interference, our updated Social Media Platforms are;”
