Applicants are selected based on the following conditions. The names of the candidates published in this list are selected on the basis of: Exhibition of candidates for the examination of recruitment / interview, physical fitness, the principle of government to ensure the geographical distribution and also the qualifications of the candidates.
Note: Only finalist candidates will receive a recruitment email from the Nigerian Customs Service with the time, place and date of the screening.
Now, successfully candidates who are to proceed to the screening should go ahead to check their names in the to verify their eligibility for the final interviews. Candidates are expected to proceed to their various states for screenings at their diverse screening centers. The following items will be required at the screening centers:
- Birth certificate/Declaration of age.
- International passport/National identity card.
- Photocopies of credentials along with the Original copies.
- Full size 5×7 recent passports photographs.
- Pencil and Biro.
Note: As you should know, the organization will never demand for an incentive to get you shortlisted as this is done only by merit. Therefore, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted via SMS and emails for the Aptitude tests.
How do I go about accessing the full list of custom shortlisted candidates for 2019
All applicants are expected to check their mails for an invitation for the Aptitude tests (this is only sent to successfully shortlisted candidates). Mails about update of the next step will be sent to the email address of the applicant (i.e email used during the registration process ).
There are two ways to go about this. Applicant can easily check their names.

Applicants can simply use the search option. Just by clicking on the F3 function, applicants get to type their name which is way better. On clicking enter, similar name will quickly be highlighted by the system and applicants get to see their names IF shortlisted.
