Ecobank Offers Attractive Fee Collection Incentives to Schools – Schools have been urged to select Ecobank Nigeria Limited as their preferable financial institution for fee payments and collections due to the lender’s enticing advantages.
Mrs. Korede Demola-Adeniyi, head of consumer banking at Ecobank, made this appeal while announcing the bank’s special loan packages for its back-to-school initiatives.
According to Mrs. Demola-Adeniyi, the financial institution designed packages for parents, guardians, and schools as part of its overarching strategy to support the growth of the nation’s education sector.
According to her, a Banking-for-Schools bundle is available for educational institutions seeking access to working capital and loans. This package includes effortless fee collection, no fees on collection accounts with EcobankPay, secure online banking with Omni Lite, and payment cards for simple transactions.
As a result of the bank’s consideration of the country’s current economic conditions, she stated that the educational institutions could access the available loans without any obstacles.
She added that Ecobank has optimised its digital platforms to make school fees and other payments related to education more convenient.
“As a bank that is passionate about education, we are prioritising the pedagogical requirements of our customers at this period when schools resume.
“Children deserve to go to school, and we are making it easier for parents to provide them with this fundamental right,” Mrs. Demola-Adeniyi said, noting Ecobank’s local and international reputation and expertise in fee collection.
On the Back-to-School packages, the banker said the loan products would enable them to pay school fees for their children and dependents for the 2023/2024 school year.
She stated that Ecobank’s digital offerings are geared towards alleviating parents’ and students’ financial burden and facilitating the hassle-free payment of school fees.
She listed the digital offerings as Ecobank Mobile App, EcobankPay, and Ecobank Online for contactless fee payment; personal loans and salary advance packages with competitive interest rates; international transfers for payment of international school fees; and affordable remittance options.
Mrs. Demola-Adeniyi also mentioned that families living abroad who desire to send money home to assist with tuition can do so for free using the Rapidtransfer app.
